PROBLEM
The device is smoking
The device doesn't turn on

CAUSE
Overheating, overloading or damaged
motor.
1. The unit is pressurized.
2. The plug is not connected properly
or the socket is defective.
3. The extension cord is too long or
the cord size is too small.
4. The voltage of the power outlet is
too low.
5. The thermal safety switch has
tripped.
1. The lancet nozzle is not in low
pressure mode.
2. Extension hose or high-pressure
hose is too long.
3. The nozzle is blocked at the pump.
Detergent applicator is clogged.
1. The water inlet filter is blocked.
2. The pump sucks air from the hose
connections.
3. Nozzle is worn or undersized.
4. Unloader is clogged or worn.
5. Valves are clogged and worn.
1. The pump sucks in air.
2. Nozzle is clogged.
3. Valves are dirty, worn or blocked.
4. Water seals are worn.
Extension cord is too long or cord size
is too small.

SOLUTION
Turn off the appliance and call the
dealer.
1. Pull the trigger.
2. Check the plug, socket and fuse.
3. Remove the extension cord.
4. Check that the voltage of the
power outlet is appropriate.
5. Turn off the appliance and let the
motor cool down.
1. Move the lancet nozzle to the
low-pressure position.
2. Remove the extension hose or
use a hose shorter than 7.5m.
3. Call your dealer.
Clean applicator with hot water
• Clean the water intake filter.
• Check that the connections
and the sealing clamp are tight.
• Clean it yourself or call your
dealer.
• Check that the hose connec-
tions are securely fastened.
• Clean it with the cleaning tip.
• Call your dealer.
Check that the voltage of the outlet
corresponds to the specifications.
