3. Purpose and intended use
The ELANEE sitting cushion for pelvic floor training trains your pelvic floor
muscles according to the principle of "active sitting".
It also serves as a simple and effective training tool for actively strengthening the
pelvic floor, stomach and back muscles.
The sitting cushion is only designed for personal use and only for use in dry indoor
areas.
The ELANEE sitting cushion for pelvic floor training is not suitable for any purpo-
ses other than the intended uses listed.
