An ergonomic seating position
means:

backrest

Elbows touching the table

Knees bent at a 90

Feet flat against the footrest
•
Space (4 cm/1.5 in) between
the legs and seat for
maximum comfort
Only adjust the chair when
nobody is sitting on it!
Tip
If the feet are already touching
the ground while sitting,
you can hide the footrest
by sliding it to the highest
position to create more leg
space.
