oeding,overapseding, i mpropermaintenance,repairor storage so as, in SEARS'sjudgment,to adverselyaffect itsperform-
ance and reliability.
** NORMALWEAR:
As with all mechanical
devlcea, engines need periodic
parts service and replacement to per-
form well. This warranty will not cover repair when normal use has exhausted the life of a pert or engine.
THERE IS N(_ OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY. SEARS HEREBY DISCLAIMSANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITYAND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULARPURPOSE TO
THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE DURATIONOF ANY IMPLIEDWARRANTIES WHICH CANNOT BE DIS-
CLAIMED IS LIMITED TO THE TIME PERIOD AS SPECIFIED IN THE EXPRESS WARRANTY. LIABILITY FOR CONSE-
QUENTIAL INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES UNDER ANY AND ALLWARRANTIES IS EXCLUDED. Somestates
