3.1 Functions
Spot button

A short press causes a spot massage. Pressing the button again briefly ends
the spot massage. If the automatic massage programme (Auto) is running, a
short press causes an exit from the massage mode and the start of a Shiatsu
spot massage.
If a rolling massage is being performed, it is not possible to switch to a spot
massage.
Type button

Press briefly to change the massage types: Shiatsu, kneading massage, tap-
ping massage, clapping massage, rolling massage, Swedish massage in a
loop. When the preset massage programme is running (Auto), you can switch
to the Shiatsu massage for the back and neck by briefly pressing the button.
Auto button

A short press of the button switches to a preset massage programme.
Another short press switches to a shiatsu massage for the back and neck.
When the automatic massage programme is switched on or off, the 15 min-
utes until automatic switch-off start again.
Intensity adjustment for massage
Use this button to select the intensity of the massage. Each time you press
the button, the intensity is increased (levels 1 to 3). After the highest lev-
el, the setting jumps back to the lowest level. The selected level is shown
on the display
(1 to 3 lights). When

the rolling massage is switched on, no
intensity setting is possible.

4.1 Cleaning and maintenance
•
Before cleaning the device, make sure that it is turned off and the
mains plug is removed from the socket. Allow the unit to cool down.
Only clean the Shiatsu massage seat cover with a soft cloth slightly
dampened with a mild detergent (e.g. soap suds).
•
Under no circumstances should you use aggressive detergents,
strong brushes, solvents, petrol, thinners or alcohol. These could
damage the surface.
•
When cleaning, never immerse the unit in water and make sure that
no water gets into the unit.
•
Wait until the device is completely dry before using it again.
•
Undo any kinks in the cable.
4.2 Disposal
This product must not be disposed of together with domestic
waste. All users are obliged to hand in all electrical or electro-
nic devices, regardless of whether or not they contain toxic
substances, at a municipal or commercial collection point so
that they can be disposed of in an environmentally acceptable
manner. Consult your local authority or your supplier for infor-
mation about disposal.
