the USB port on your computer.
2.Ensure that the computer meets system requirements.
3.The product and the wireless receiver are beyond the effective connection
distance, please reduce the distance between the product and the receiver.

Press NUM+1/2/3 and then hold down NUM+1/2/3
Put the keyboard into pairing mode
(Long press NUM until NUM key turns green and press 1 key.
The NUM key cannot be released when 1 is pressed.
The keyboard pairing name is CK PAD 5.0/CK PAD 3.0
Long press 1/2/3 button and the light will flash.
After successful pairing, 1/2/3 button will keep on for 2 seconds
and restore the backlight.
Press NUM+5 and then hold down NUM+5
Put the keyboard into pairing mode
(Long press NUM until NUM key turns green and press 1 key.
The NUM key cannot be released when 5 is pressed.
Long press the back 5 button and the white light will flash.
After the pairing is successful, the 5 keys will keep on for 2
seconds, and the backlight will be restored
Press NUM+4 and then hold down NUM+4
Set the keyboard to 2.4G mode
(Long press NUM until NUM turns green and press 4.
The NUM key cannot be released when pressing 4.
Long press the back 4 keys and the white light will flash.
After successful pairing, the 4 keys keep on for 2 seconds
and restore the backlight.
