5. Initial use
Take the device out of the package and remove all the packaging material.
Connect both inputs to your computer or laptop using the USB cables.
Connect the external USB devices to the outputs of the device.
Press the toggle button at the top of the device to select the input computer.
If you want to use external devices (power requirement more than 4.5 W) such
as hard drives, digital video cameras, etc., make sure that you connect the device
to a 5V DC power source via a microUSB cable to the microUSB power outlet. The
power supply unit is not included in the delivery. You can also use the charger of
your smartphone (5V DC) for this purpose.
