• Do not leave the appliance unatten-
ded when switching it on. Do not pla-
ce the iron on an unprotected surface
even if it is on the back support.
• The iron has to be placed and used
on a level, stable surface.
• If you place the iron on its stand,
make sure that the surface on which
the stand is placed, is level.
• The appliance should not be used if
it has been dropped at some time, if
there are any visible signs of damage
or when the iron is leaking. The iron
should be sent back to the manufac-
turer or an authorized service centre
