Charging and Discharging the capacitor
The capacitor must be charged before the first use. Connect the GND of the capacitor to
the vehicle battery's negative (-) terminal, then connect the +12V of the capacitor to the
vehicle battery's positive (+) terminal with the supplied resistor (Fig. 1), to prevent possible
damage to the capacitor. When the voltage is between 10 to 12, you can disconnect the
resistor. To discharge the capacitor, connect the GND to the +12V of the capacitor with the
supplied resistor (Fig. 2). As it goes off, the capacitor is discharged and can be disconnected.
