Malfunction analysis
The following problems may occur during milk extraction. Please refer to the
provided method.

Maintenance
Do not disassemble or dismantle the product.
The host power supply requires a 5V DC power adapter or a specified mobile phone power
adapter. Do not use other non-standard power adapters to power it.
Do not place near high temperature sources or fire during use, and avoid placing the main unit
on a heater or fire source to prevent combustion and explosion.
When the host is not used for an extended period, it is recommended to charge it once a
month. If there is a failure in the mainframe, do not disassemble or attempt to repair it.
It must be sent to our company's designated maintenance point for repair or replacement by
professional personnel.
Before use, accessories directly in contact with breast milk (bottle, silicone horn, three-way,
cylinder, duckbill valve, bottle cap) must be cleaned and disinfected in advance. They can be
sterilized with steam or hot water, and the disinfection time should not exceed 1 minute.
The host should not be submerged in water.
Analysis of causes
The connection has air leaks (duckbill valve,
silicone nozzle, three-way main motor, and
straight head). The air outlet route of the
main motor is blocked, such as hose folding
or debris blockage in the hose airway.
Duckbill valve not installed or deformed.
Improper use of plastic components
causing deformations and damage.
The adapter is not connected to the
charging socket or the main unit socket.
Lithium batteries are running out.
Check for milk or water entering the cylinder
or hose to verify if the cylinder is damaged or
not properly installed.
Processing method
Check the connection parts,
reinstall and clean them.
Install new duckbill valves or
repair damaged accessories.
Reconnect the adapter to
charge it before use.
Stop immediately, clean or replace
the cylinder and reinstall it.
