O ON/OFF Switch
a) $ : Slide switch to the right for Bluetooth operation. (Blue "KiNYO" LED will light)
b) OFF: Slide switch to the middle will turn the system off.
c) AUX: Slide switch to the left for Auxiliary input. (Blue "KINYO" LED will light)
@ Power LED Indicator "KINYO" : Blue LED "KINYO" light will illuminate when power
is on.
e m : Press to play the previous selection, (only during Bluetooth operation)

: Press to play the next selection, (only during Bluetooth operation)
0 ►!! / r: PAIRING / PLAY / PAUSE / CALL (only during Bluetooth operation)
a) PAIRING: Initiate the pairing mode from the speaker to the Bluetooth enabled
device by pressing and holding the Pairing button " HI" for three seconds. The
Bluetooth LED will flash blue light three times. Release the button and the Bluetooth
LED will then flash blue and red lights alternately to indicate that the speaker is in
Bluetooth pairing mode.
Please see detailed pairing instructions on PAGE 5.
Note: If the pairing process cannot be completed within 90 seconds, the blue and
red Bluetooth LED will stop flashing and the Bluetooth pairing process will
automatically terminate. Please repeat the pairing instructions to pair up the
Bluetooth speaker with the Bluetooth enabled device.
b) DISCONNECTING BLUETOOTH CONNECTION: To disconnect the Bluetooth
wireless connection, press and hold the " P-ll'' button again for three seconds. The
Bluetooth LED will flash blue light three times to indicate the Bluetooth signal is
disconnected.
c) ANSWERING / ENDING CALLS: To answer the" HI'' button on your Bluetooth
device (when connected to the Bluetooth speaker) press the button to pick up the
call. Press again to end the call.
d) PLAY / PAUSE: Press '>11" button to play the selection, press again to pause.
0 BLUETOOTH PAIRING LED Indicator / Low Battery Indicator:
a) BLUEOOTH PAIRING LED Indicator:
The Bluetooth LED will dflash blue and red light alternately to indicate that the
Bluetooth speaker enters pairing mode. When the Bluetooth device has successfully
paired and connected with the Bluetooth speaker. The Bluetooth LED will flash blue
light constantly.
If the Bluetooth connection is disconnected, the blue LED will flash three times to
indicate the Bluetooth signal is disconnected.
b) Low Battery Indicator: Red LED Indicator will flash when battery is low. (only
during Bluetooth operation)
©VOL-: Press to decrease the volume.
©VOL+: Press to increase the volume.
0 ♦ : The Built-in Microphone is located on the bottom of the system.
Note: Make sure your Bluetooth enabled device is connected with the Bluetooth
speaker. When the phone rings on your Bluetooth enabled device press the pairing
" HI / <* '' button to answer the call. You will be able to talk hands-free through the
microphone. Press the Pairing " HI / r"" button again to end the call.

® DC IN: Plug AC adapter (included) into a wall outlet. Connect the other end to the
"DC IN" jack.

® 3.5mm Stereo Input Cable-Connecting to your portable audio device.
POWER SOURCE
Use ONE of the following options to power the speaker:
AC Power (Wall Outlet)
1. Plug AC adapterinto awaii outlet. Connectother end to the "DC IN" jack on back of
the system.
DC Power (Batteries)
1. Install 4 AA batteries (not included) intothe battery compartment on the back oft he
system. Make sure the batteries are installed as illustrated.
2. When the battery power is low, the Bluetooth LED will flash red light indicating it is
time to replace batteries, (only during Bluetooth operation). Do not mix different or
new and used batteries.
PAIRING WITH BLUETOOTH ENABLED DEVICES
You need to pair the system with your Bluetooth device before using.
Pairing is the process of associating your speaker with Blutooth enabled devices.
Pairing establishes a permanent security link between all devices using Bluetooth
wireless technology. You will be prompted to enter a PIN (personal identification number)
to establish the initial pairing. After the pairing is sucoessful, you will not have to re-enter
it again. The device remembers the PIN and will automatically connect to the speaker.
The following pairing instructions describe the pairing process between the speaker and
a typical Bluetooth audio source. The pairing process may be different for your Bluetooth
enabled devices. If you have problems pairing, please refer to the user's guide of your
specific device for detailed pairing instructions.
