ATTENTION
WARNING: Place the PC near an AC outlet. The adapter is the
main means of disconnection from your PC and should always
be within reach.
WARNING: To reduce the possibility of electric shock through
the telephone network, connect your adapter to the AC outlet
before connecting it to the telephone line. For the same reason,
disconnect the telephone line before unplugging the adapter
from the AC outlet.
WARNING: Always disconnect the modem cable from the
telephone system when installing or removing the PC cover.
WARNING: Do not start the PC without the cover.
WARNING: The user should not perform any type of repair of the
power supply. To avoid damage to the power source, entrust
your repair or replacement to only a qualified person. The user
can carry out the maintenace of the rest of the components.
WARNING: Electrostatic discharge (ESD) can damage the
drives, add-on cards, and other components. If you do not have
an ESD station, use a wrist strap attached to the metal part of
the PC. If possible, place the cards on a padded conductive
base or inside the original card cover, but never on the cover.
