INSTALLATION
⚠
Installation must be done by skilled, qualified
technicians in accordance with current regulations.
⚠
All connections must be made when the electrical
power is cut off .
- Strip the motor power-supply cable by about 3 cm and
itzs single wire by about 5 mm.
- Open the container by removing the cable-gland cap (see
Fig.
).
- Extract the control board by a few centimetres from the
container (see Fig.
- Thread the two cables in the corresponding cable-gland
holes in the cap (see Fig.
- Connect the wires to the terminals
the diagram in Fig.
"Electrical connections" chapter).
- Fold the cables back (see Fig.
- Push the control board into the container and run the cap
along the cables until it closes (see Fig.
⚠
Do not perforate the container for any reason .
⚠
Check that the Stripped part of the cable is entirely
inside the container.
Preliminary checks
The control unit can be fastened to the inside of the awning

any impacts. Install on solid, fl at surfaces, and use two-way
2
adhesive tape if necessary. To off set the risk of water leaks,
the control unit must be replaced with the cables pointing
downwards (see Fig.
facing upwards (see Fig.
⚠
Set up proper conduits and electric cable raceways,
