Fit the stand to the pipe welding machine.
This pipe welding machine has 6 heating sockets of
different sizes. Each one is divided into two parts, in order
to heat the inner and outer part of the pipe.
1. Align the hole of the first part (without thread) of the
desired heating socket (8 to 13) with the hole of the
heating plate (5);
2. Insert a bolt into the hole;
3. Align the second piece (with thread) of the heating
socket with the bolt and tighten.
The pipe welding machine was designed to perform pipe
welding both in commercial and industrial environments.
It is a portable power tool suitable for operation using
energy from the electrical grid or generator.
This welding machine is used for welding plastic pipes and
PPR fittings.
Where a generator is used, this equipment must ensure
adequate voltage, frequency and power, in accordance with
the technical specifications of the power tool. It is
important to check these conditions because many
generators produce peak voltages that can damage the
pipe welding machine.
Do not misuse or overload the pipe welding machine.
When using the pipe welding machine, you should take into
consideration some care and procedures of use in order to
avoid accidents and to ensure a long-time service life and
proper operation of the appliance:
▪ If welding in small areas, make sure that they are well
ventilated;
▪ Do not weld in areas that are being painted or cleaned;
▪ When welding painted workpieces, use a protective
respiratory mask;
▪ Avoid operating the pipe welding machine in places
with high dust concentration;
▪ Do not operate the pipe welding machine when the
ambient temperature is above 40°C;
▪ Do not place freshly welded parts next to flammable
substances.
1. Plug in the power cord (1) and the green LED light (4) will
turn on;
2. Turn the temperature control knob (7) to the desired
temperature and the red LED indicator (3) will light up;
3. Once the pipe welding machine has reached the
required temperature, the red LED light turns off.
To switch off the pipe welding machine simply set the
temperature to zero, unplug the power cord and let it cool
down before storing.
