1. Connect the power cord to the receptacle on the heating pad by matching
up the arrows on the both the power cord and receptacle. The plug on the
power cord will only fit into the receptacle one way.
2. Insert the plug into an appropriate 120 volt AC electrical outlet, noting the
plug is polarized and will only fit one way.
3. Place the heating pad on shoulders. The tall collar should sit
on the back of the neck while the two front edges connect
with plastic snap to help keep the wrap in place. NOTE:
Neck wrap should comfortably fit around the neck and
NEVER restrict the airway.
WARNING: THE PAD SHOULD ALWAYS BE PLACE ON TOP OF THE TREATMENT AREA. DO
NOT PLACE PAD UNDERNEATH TREATMENT AREA AS TEMPERATURES CAN RISE TO
UNINTENDED/UNCOMFORTABLE LEVELS.
4. Using the controller, slide the button to reach the desired heat setting (Lo, Med, Hi). To
turn the heating pad off, slide the button to the 'Off' position.
5. Pay close attention to the heat level during use and adjust the setting as needed.
6. The heating pad will reach the desired temperature in approximately 10~20 minutes.
NOTE: This heating pad will automatically turn OFF after 2 hours of use. Unplug heating pad
when not in use.
