3. Unpack and check
3.1 Unpacking the product
WARNING
Risk of suffocation from packaging mate-
rial and from swallowing small parts.
►Dispose of the packaging material in
the household waste according to re-
gulations.
►Store the packaging and small parts re-
quired for repackaging away from mois-
ture and out of reach of children.
NOTICE
Material damage.
Pointed, sharp and scratching objects
can damage the product when opening
the packaging.
►Do not use any pointed, sharp or scrat-
ching objects to open the packaging.
►Be careful with the following work.
1. Pull off tape and tie-down straps by hand or
use scissors.
2. Set the box up with the directional arrows po-
inting up.
3. Open the packing carton.
4. Remove all parts from the box.
5. Lay the pieces side by side on a clear, soft,
and level surface.
6. Check the scope of delivery for completeness
and intactness, see chapter „14. Part list" on
page 33.
4. Select location
In order to be able to fulfil the specified static pa-
rameters, the substrate and the mounting wall at
the installation site must have the following pro-
perties:
• stable, even, load-bearing and compressed
subfloor made of stone or concrete (slabs)
• ready for construction and free of obstacles
• stable, load-bearing stone or concrete wall
• if possible not on the weather side
• not under trees or power lines
Other materials and substrates may make it ne-
cessary to use installation materials that differ from
those supplied.
Such changes are not covered by the warranty.

5. Mounting
CAUTION
Risk of injury from lifting, crushing and cut-
ting.
►Carry out work such as tilting, erecting
or lifting the scaffold with at least 4 per-
sons or use a lifting device.
►Always wear the necessary protective
equipment.
NOTICE
Damage to the product due to incorrect
assembly.
►Assemble the product completely and
safely.
►Only attach the wall rails to flat and
straight walls.
►Do not force the screws into the drill ho-
les.
►Assemble the product together with at
least 3 other people.
►Turn the screws into the mounting ho-
les, tighten the screws only in the last
step to prevent tilting and distortion of
the components.
►Mount the multi-skin sheets with the
protective film facing upwards to ensu-
re UV protection.
►Remove the protective film before
mounting. This protects against scrat-
ches during transport and before ins-
tallation.
5.1 General
When installing the hexagonal bolts, place the he-
xagonal bolts in the groove and turn them clock-
wise carefully until turning is no longer possible.
Adjust the screws by hand so that the thread is in
the right place. Secure the bolt with the nut.
