Troubleshooting
Problem
The bulb will not light.
The fuse blows, or the circuit breaker
trips, when the light is turned on.
Possible Cause
The bulb is burned out.
The power is off.
The power cord is not plugged in.
The circuit breaker is off.
There are crossed wires, or the power
wire is grounding out.
Solution
Replace the bulb.
Ensure the power supply is turned on.
Ensure the power cord is plugged into the outlet.
Ensure the circuit breaker is set to the "ON" position.
Discontinue use of the lamp. Check the cable
connections. Contact a qualified electrician or call the
Customer Service Team at 1-800-986-3460.
