BATTERY LIFE
Extend ba�ery life
To save power:
1. Always charge the ba�ery fully.
2. Mute unnecessary sounds, such
as touch sounds. Tap Se�ings >
Sound & vibration , and select which
sounds to keep.
3. Use wired headphones, rather than the
loudspeaker.
4. Set the phone screen to switch o� after
a short time. Tap Se�ings > Display >
Screen timeout and select the time.
5. Tap Se�ings > Display >
Brightness level . To adjust the bright-
ness, drag the brightness level slider.
6. Stop apps from running in the back-
ground.
7. Use location services selectively: switch
location services o� when you don't need

Activar la extensión de memoria
Si su teléfono es compatible con la función de RAM virtual, puede tener más aplicaciones
abiertas en segundo plano y cambiar de una a otra fácilmente. Para activar la función, toque
Ajustes > Memoria y active Extensión de memoria . Si se le solicita, toque el tamaño de
memoria que quiere.
Para usar la extensión de memoria (RAM virtual), es necesario tener suficiente espacio de al-
macenamiento. Para proteger el almacenamiento, la extensión de memoria se desactiva au-
tomática y permanentemente una vez que se alcanza el 90 % del límite de uso. Esto puede
ocurrir después de 4 años de uso intensivo.
Limpiar la memoria
Para limpiar la memoria del teléfono de aplicaciones innecesarias que se ejecutan en se-
gundo plano, toque Ajustes > Memoria , seleccione las aplicaciones que desee cerrar y

Switch Bluetooth on only when needed.
Use a Wi-Fi connection to connect to the
internet, rather than a mobile data con-
nection. Stop your phone scanning for
available wireless networks. Tap Se�ings
> Network & internet > Internet , and
switch o� Wi-Fi . If you're listening to mu-
sic or otherwise using your phone, but
don't want to make or receive calls, switch
the airplane mode on. Tap Se�ings
> Network & internet , and switch on
Airplane mode . Airplane mode closes
connections to the mobile network and
switches your device's wireless features
o�.
