8. Once the motor stops, you can disconnect the mains plug from the socket
and then remove the mixing attachments by shifting the "ON / OFF switch"
to "OFF"position and then pressing in.
9. Clean the appliance after use as described under point 7 "Cleaning and
care".
Caution! Do not insert the mixing attachment too deep into the food item
during operation. Liquids or other things (such as dough) should not get into the
appliance. If you are mixing hot food items, make sure that you do not hold the
appliance in the escaping steam. Always wipe any condensation water immedi-
ately from the housing.
Tip: When mixing powders, start with a low / medium speed to prevent the powder
from coming out. Then change to a higher speed when the powder is mixed in the
dough.
