Making kibbeh
•
Unscrew the lock nut by turning it anticlockwise, then remove the screen and blade.
Insert the filter onto the mincer head by aligning the filter's slots with the notches on
the mincer head.
Place the cone on the filter.
Retighten the lock nut.
Making sausages
•
To make sausages, assemble the unit as described below:
Loosen the lock nut by turning it anticlockwise. Position the sausage stuffer on the screen.
Retighten the lock nut.

Place a casing over the stuffer.
•
Turn the unit on, then gradually remove the casing from the stuffer as it is filled. Do not
overfill the casing.
•
When filled as desired, twist the casing to form a sausage shape.
