3. Firmly close the printer.
6. Maintenance
Clean the device with a slightly damp towel and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Store
it in a dry cool place, away from direct sunlight.

Index Problem
The LED indicator

lights up red.

lights up orange.

The printer does not
turn on
Nothing comes out

Cause
Paper shortage
Overheated
Open cover
Malfunction
Low battery
Pressed the power
button not long enough
Roll loaded incorrectly
Solution
Place a new roll.
Turn o the device and
allow it to cool down.
Make sure the cover is
properly closed.
Press and hold the
power button to force
the printer to restart
(hard reboot).
Connect the device to
a power source and
recharge.
Press and hold the
power button for
approx. 1 second.
Reload the roll
(see fig. 2).
