5. Maintenance
5.1 General
- Always unplug and allow to cool before long-term storage.
- If necessary, clean the outside of the product with a slightly damp cloth. Do not let moisture come into contact with
any electrical parts. Dry thoroughly with a clean and soft cloth.
- Store it in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
5.2 Cleaning print head
NOTE Always unplug and let cool before maintenance.
1. Turn off the printer fi rst, open the top cover and take out the paper.
2. Dip a cotton pad or cotton bud in some cleansing alcohol.
3. Gently wipe the print head in one direction.
4. After cleaning the print head, do not use the printer immediately. Please wait 1 or 2 minutes until the alcohol has
completely evaporated.

Description
Normal operation
1. Charging.
2. The print head is overheated.
3. Top cover is open.
4. No paper.
Low battery power.
Bluetooth pairing was successful.
1. Pairing in progress.
2. Bluetooth connection failed.
Solution
1. When fully charged, the light turns green.
2. The printer will automatically resume once the print head
has cooled down.
3. Close the top correctly.
4. Insert some paper.
Charge the printer.
1. Wait for successful pairing.
2. Close the app and restart the printer. Wait for the blue light
to stop fl ashing, and then reconnect the printer via the app.
