Preliminary operations
• Attention: during operation the temperature of the exposed surface may be
very high. Danger of burns.
• Caution: Coal or similar fuels should not be used for this device.
• Maintain an adequate safety distance from flammable objects such as furniture, curtains,
etc. Maintain a minimum distance of at least 15 cm from the wall.
• Place the unit on a flat, heat-resistant surface.
• Allow the unit to cool before putting it away.
• Distribute the weight evenly on the grill. Maximum weight: 2kg.

Please see illustration 1.
• First remove the heating element (2).
• Remove any packaging material that may be present.
• Clean the grill (1) and the grill (5) with a damp cloth.
• Turn the grill tray (5) upside down.
• Assemble the grill as shown in illustration 1.
• Pour 1.5 liters of cold water into the drip tray up to the "MAX" mark.
