2. The airflow is insufficient.
a. Check air tube or air stone is not being clogged, bent, or cracked.
b. Check power supply voltage whether lower than recommended
or not.
c. When the pump on working, if you feel the air effec�veness is not
perfect, upon the comple�on of the installa�on, switch on the
power, then disconnect and subsequently reconnect the air tube,
repeat several �mes for a be�er outcome.
3. There is abnormal noise or cracking sound.
a. The device is out of usage.
b. Disconnect the pump from the power supply and contact us at
support@nicrew.com.
4. The sucker does not s�ck to the aquarium wall.
a. The surface of the aquarium wall is dirty or not smooth, the inner
surface of the sucker is dirty.
b. Clean the surface of the sucker and the wall of the aquarium tank.
