Special wrench MS00161
The MSG Equipment special tool is designed for the high-quality disassembly and assembly of
individual components and assemblies of a vehicle. The special tool MS00161 is used in the
process of repairing the steering rack FO414.NLF0.R (FO114), which is installed on the following
vehicles:
FORD
• FOCUS III 11-18
• FOCUS III седан 11-...
• TRANSIT CONNECT Wagon 15-...
• TRANSIT CONNECT Wagon 13-...
The MS00161 wrench allows you to unscrew/screw the steering rack ball screw pulley, ensuring
the integrity of the part for future use.
2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USE OF SPECIAL TOOLS
1. Always use the special tool for the work for which it is intended and only with the unit for
which it was designed.
2. When working with the special tool, follow general safety and accident prevention
requirements.
3. For proper and safe use of the special tool, it is prohibited to:
• apply impact loads;
• heat the tool above 450°С.
