PROBLEM
Uneven or no spray from tips.
Solution pump will not run.
Poor or no vacuum suction.

CAUSE
Dirty or plugged spray tips.
Improper tip size or improper spray
angle.
Worn spray tips.
Pump switch off.
Solution hose not connected.
Fuse blown or circuit breaker tripped
in building.
Faulty pump switch.
Loose wiring to solution pump.
Faulty solution pump motor.
Fuse blown or circuit breaker tripped
in building.
Faulty vacuum switch.
Drain hose plug open or loose.
Lint is clogging float shutoff screen.
Air is leaking around cover.
The vacuum hose is loose.
Holes in vacuum hose or loose hose
cuffs.
Faulty vacuum motor.
Float shutoff activated.
Faulty vacuum gasket.

SOLUTION
Clean or replace tips.
Replace with proper tips. Also check
alignment of spray tips. Spray tips
should overlap one another.
Replace spray tips.
Turn the pump switch on.
Make sure solution hose is connected.
Replace fuse or reset breaker.
Replace faulty switch.
Consult wiring diagram to repair wire.
Repair or replace solution pump.
Find out if other appliances are
plugged into the same circuit.
Replace fuse or reset breaker. Plug
extractor into a less heavily loaded
circuit.
Replace faulty switch.
Insert plug on drain hose.
Remove recovery lid and clean lint off
screen.
Tighten recovery and solution tank
lids.
Push hose firmly onto recovery tool
and onto front of extractor.
Replace hose or thread cuffs securely
onto hose.
Replace vacuum motor.
Turn off vacuum, empty tank.
Check vacuum motor gasket.
