Safety Warnings

Read all warnings and safety instructions. Failure to observe the
warnings and safety instructions may result in electrocution, fire and/
or serious injury.

Keep this manual in a safe place and hand it over to the new owner if the
appliance is handed over to a third party.

This manual only refers to battery models supplied by M.T. Distribution.
4.
Check that the battery voltage matches the charging voltage of the
charger.
5.
Read and observe the warnings and safety provisions in the instructions
for use of the scooter.
6.
Keep the charger protected from rain and moisture.
7.
Keep the charger clean.
8.
Before each use, check the charger, its cable and connector. Do not use
the charger if any damage is detected. Do not open the charger.
9.
Do not use the charger on easily flammable surfaces (e.g. paper, textiles,
etc.) or in flammable environments.
10. Take care if you come into contact with the charger during charging.
Wear protective gloves.
11.
If the battery is damaged or used improperly, there is a risk of vapours
escaping. Let fresh air into the room and contact a doctor in case of
discomfort.
12. The charger may be used by children over 8 years old and by persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience
and knowledge, if they are supervised or follow the instructions on how
to use the appliance safely and understand the possible risks. Children
must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance must not
be carried out by children without supervision.
13. Ensure that no open flame sources are present during charging.
14. Do not recharge batteries that are not rechargeable.
15. Do not recharge damaged batteries.
16. Do not short-circuit the battery or charger contacts.
17.
Never charge the scooter without supervision. Do not switch on the
scooter while charging.
