SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
MAINTENANCE / SERVICE
• Never attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify the device yourself. Doing so will void the warranty. Repairs made by un-
qualified persons can result in damage or malfunction. Please contact the nearest authorized technical support center.
The light source in this luminaire should only be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or similarly qualified
person.
• Disconnect the device from the power supply before any servicing or maintenance.
• Never immerse the device in water or any other liquid. Wipe it only with a slightly damp cloth.
• If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cable or assembly available from the manufacturer or its
after-sales service.
• Use only ALGAM LIGHTING appropriate liquids. Unplug the device before refilling. Never use the device without liquid.
• CAUTION : To reduce the risk of fire replace fuse with same type and rating.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
1 • Starting the device
> Unplug the device.
> Unscrew the tank cap.
> Carefully fill the tank using a funnel.
> Reseal the tank.
> Connect the smoke machine to the mains.
> Turn on the smoke machine.
Depending on the room temperature, it may be necessary to wait approximately 4
minutes before the operating temperature is reached.
2 ∙ Then the thermostat clicks, and the LED on the control part lights up.
3 ∙ Press the switch once, and the machine emits smoke. When it has reached its
operating temperature (the LED is lit), the smoke machine can continuously
produce smoke for 1 to 2 minutes.
4 ∙ Choose a location so that the tank is easy to fill.
It is possible to suspend the device using the provided bracket and fixing screws
(see the RIGGING section).
RIGGING
Attention! The installation must be carried out by qualified service personal only. Improper installation can re-
sult in serious injuries and /or damage to property. Overhead rigging required extensive experience! Working
load limits should be respected, Certified installation materials should be used, the installed device should be
inspected regularly for safety.
