Assembly
Assemble the supports (4) on the main body (13) as indicated in figure B on page 2. The support with the
connector socket (8) must be assembled on the connector pin of the main body (12).
Insert the tray (9). Insert the cable connector (11) into the connector socket of the support (7).
Instructions for first use
Before using the appliance for the first time, remove all the packaging elements and operate the appliance
empty for approximately 5 minutes at maximum temperature in a well-ventilated room to eliminate odours and
fumes due to any processing residues on the internal parts of the appliance.
Remove the plug from the power outlet and let the device cool down.
NB: when the device is used for the first time, some smoke may be visible. This is normal due to the initial
heating of the internal components.
Before using the appliance for the first time clean it according to the indications in the "CLEANING AND
MAINTENANCE" paragraph.

- These parts can only be used with this appliance. Do not use the parts separately for other applications.
USE
Place the liquid recovery tray (9) in its seat, under the liquid collection hole (2).
Lightly coat the cooking griddle with a little butter or cooking oil.
Connect the cable plug (10) to the power outlet.
Adjust the function selector (5) to the desired position depending on the type of food and preferred cooking level.
The light of the selected function turns on.
The cooking time varies depending on the food, temperature setting and personal taste.
NOTE: Always supervise the appliance when it is in operation.
NOTE: the surfaces may become hot during use; take particular care not to touch the cooking
griddle to avoid burns.
After use, set the function selector to , unplug the appliance from the power outlet and wait for it to cool.
Clean the device as indicated in the CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE section.
Disconnect the plug from the power outlet before performing any cleaning and maintenance operation.
Only clean the device when it is cold.
Liquid collection tray (9)
Remove the liquid recovery tray (9) from the main body (13).
Wash the tray (9) with water and a hand-wash dish detergent. DO NOT WASH IN A DISHWASHER.
Supports (4)
Remove the supports (4) from the main body (13).
Cleaning of the supports (4) must be performed with a soft and slightly damp cloth.
Do not use overly wet substances, liquids or cloths, because any infiltration could damage the unit irreparably.
