Probable cause
The water being used is
unsuitable.
These are condensation marks
that appear during use.
The handle is not closed
properly.

Solution
Only use distilled or
demineralised water not
softened or tap water.
Wipe the inside of The Box
with a clean soft cloth after
each use.
Apply the required pressure
when inserting the IGGI nozzle.
Lift the handle to the top.
