• Before first use, we recommend that you wipe the main unit with a clean, damp cloth to
remove any dirt or dust. Dry it thoroughly with a soft absorbent cloth. Carefully clean all the
attachments (except for the charging base, whisk gearbox and potato masher gearbox) in
warm soapy water.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, hard implements or a scourer. Take care when handling the
blending shaft as the blades as the blades are very sharp.
INSTALLING THE BLENDING SHAFT
Use for blending/mixing tasks such as pureeing fruits and vegetables, mixing sauces, dress-
ings, smoothies and blending soups to a smooth consistency. It is also ideal for combining dry
ingredients and frothing milk.
