The following instructions will help you to use your new battery more safety and correctly. In this correct
using condition, you can effectively prolong battery life and maintain good battery condition.
Caution
1.
The battery must be prohibit short circuit, e.g. by taping the terminals.
2.
Prohibit discharging through charging port or charging battery through discharge port.
3.
Keeping away from the fire source and the heat source, prohibit putting battery into fire!
4.
Prohibit vibrating, impacting and pressing.
5.
Please pay attention to water proof and moisture proof.
6.
Working temperature for charge: 0℃~45℃
Working temperature for discharge : -20℃~55℃.
7.
Keeping away from children.
8.
If the battery is hot,bad smell or smoking, please stop using it immediately and contact us.
9.
Please use the matching charger to charge, otherwise will damage the battery.
10.
Due to shipping requirements, the battery is not fully charged (approx. 60% capacity) when it is
shipped from factory. Please charge the battery to full before use.
11.
We provide 18 months warranty for battery, during warranty period, prohibit disassembling the
Li-ion battery by yourself.
12.
In order to avoid fire or explosion during charging, it is recommended to use the original charger
for charging in an environment without flammable materials such as a garage. It is recommended
not to bring the battery into the room for charging!
How to charge for Li-ion battery
1.
Put the charger's output plug into battery's charging port,
then put the charger's AC power plug into the city's electric socket.
2.
During charging, the indicator light of charger is red. When the light is green, it means that the
battery is full of power.
3.
During charging, if charger have bad smell or smoking please stop using it and contact us for
suggestion.
4.
If the charging time over 10 hours but LED light don't turn to green please stop charging.
Storage, maintenance and transportation
1.
Lithium-ion battery has no memory effect, so 70% capacity start to charge is forever better than
only 10% capacity start to charge.
2.
If it is not used for a long time, please remove it from the equipment and store it separately in a dry
and ventilated place to prevent the battery from rusting and damaging.
3.
If the battery is going to be storage for a long time, please charge it to about 60% every three
months.
4.
The storage conditions for battery: environment temperature is -20℃~55 ℃ environment humidity
is 5%-75%RH.
5.
The battery must be packed into suitable carton for transport, prohibit vibrating, impacting and
pressing on carton, avoid staying long time in strong sunlight and heavy rain.
6.
Forbidden in passenger aircraft, cargo aircraft only.
7.
Please make sure battery switch is turned off during transportation, otherwise it will cause fire or
even explosion due to short circuit.
