Inserting / Changing the
Battery
PLEASE NOTE!
■ Use only the battery type speci-
fi ed in the technical data.
■ Take the batteries out of the prod-
uct when they are dead or if you
will not be using it for a prolonged
period. This will prevent any dam-
age caused by leaks.
■ Remove a dead battery from the
product immediately.
The battery is already inserted on
delivery.
The battery compartment is located
on the back of the heart rate monitor.
Before inserting the battery, check
whether the contacts in the product
and on the battery are clean, and
clean them if necessary.
1. Place a coin or similar object into
the notch on the battery compart-
ment cover and twist it anticlock-
