MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
KTM DUKE 990 2024-
Mounting the screen on the motorcycle:
Position the motorcycle on a flat surface and ensure it is securely stabilized.

2. Remove the 4 Torx screws as shown in pictures P1 and P2.
3. Take the supplied retaining plates and insert the M5X35 mm countersunk screw
(10632) with the plastic washer (10635) through the upper hole of the retaining plate.
Then, insert the 20 mm spacer sleeve (11005) from the back and secure it with the O-ring
(10992).
4. The M5X20 mm countersunk screw (10673) is inserted with the plastic washer (10635)
through the lower hole of the retaining plate. From the back, slide the 6 mm spacer
(11038) against it and secure it with the O-ring (10992). Insert the supplied rubber
nuts into the holes of the retaining plates (P3).
5. Take the retaining plates and mount them onto the motorcycle. Tighten
the countersunk screws to 1 Nm (P4).
Note: If the holes of the retaining plates do not align with the mounting holes
on the motorcycle, loosen the clamp screws of the speedometer mounting on the
handlebars (P5) and slightly twist the speedometer so that the holes align with
the brass thread. If this is the case, tighten the speedometer mounting again with 4.5 Nm.
Tip: First, lightly tighten the fastening screws of the retaining plates, then tighten the
screws evenly.
6. Now take the MRA windscreen and mount it to the motorcycle using the M5X16 mm
countersunk screws (10554) and the plastic washers (10635).
7. Align the windscreen and tighten the mounting screws to 0.5 Nm.
8. Attach the edge protection as shown in Figure 6 and secure it additionally at the beginning
and end with the supplied clamps.
Check all screws for tightness after installation and subsequently at regular intervals,
and retighten if necessary. Clean the windscreen using a sponge, water and neutral soap.
Solvents, alcohol and petrol will damage the windscreen. Ensure to keep the packaging
and small parts out of reach of children, as they could be swallowed.
