3 Selecting a hot air-frying program
Turn on the fryer at the on/off switch. Select the hot air-frying program that matches your food.
Keep pressing the program selection button until the matching symbol flashes. If you want to set
the temperature and time yourself, go straight to the next step.

4 Changing the settings
You can change the set values for time and temperature using the time setting and temperature
setting buttons, e. g., if you are heating a smaller quantity than usual. The recommended settings
are shown in the display when selecting a program. When setting the time, note that the hot air
fryer needs one minute to reach the set temperature.
