Possible causes
No power.
The control panel is locked.
This may be caused by the
construction of your
cookware (layers of different
metal vibrates differently).
This can be caused by
induction technology.
A cooling fan integrated in
the device prevents the
electronics from overheating.
If necessary, it continues to
run even after the hob is
switched off.
The cookware is not suitable
for induction or is not
detected.

What to do
• Check the plug if connect
tightly.
• Check the power cord if well.
• Check the power supply.
• Check the voltage if too low.
If you've checked everything and
the problem still exists, call the
service center.
Unlock the control panel. See
'Child lock'.
This is normal and harmless.
This is normal, but the noise
decreases or disappears
completely by reducing the power
level.
This is normal and necessary for
error-free operation. Do not
disconnect the appliance from the
power supply while the fan is
running.
Use induction-suitable cookware
in a size suitable for the desired
cooking zone and position it
correctly. See cookware chapter.
