Standard Opera on
Power On/Off
Press the [
] bu on (2) to turn the device on or off.
Playback Mode
Press the [
] bu on (2) to switch between FM radio, USB/SD (only if inserted into the device) , AUX and Bluetooth.
Audio Se ngs
1) Turn the [VOL] knob (3) to adjust the volume.
2) By briefly pressing the [VOL] bu on (3), you open the menu. Press the bu on again one or more mes to navigate to the next se ng. The se ngs appear in this order:
Bass, Treble, Balance, Fader, Equalizer, Loudness*. (followed by other func ons which will be explained later)
To change a se ng, turn the [VOL] knob (3) and confirm the choice by pressing this bu on. A er about 5 seconds of inac vity, this menu will automa cally close and return
to playback mode.
Importantnote
1) The EQ op on has four sound effects: FLAT, CLASS, ROCK and POP, and the BASS and TRE op ons have opera on op ons only when EQ is OFF.
2) Since the LOUD and other sound enhancement func on is to compensate for the low-frequency signal at a small volume, the sound effect is only to be used at a small
volume
Clock func on
1. Long press the [
] bu on (20) to display the me.
2. Set the me: When in the me display, long press the [
hold down this bu on to switch the hour/minute, and hold down it to exit the se ng a er adjustment, or stop the opera on for 5 seconds to automa cally confirm the
me and exit the se ng.
3. Time system selec on: In the startup state, press the [VOL] knob (3) to enter CLOCK 24/12 op on; The default is 24 hours, 12 hours can be selected by adjus ng the
volume knob.
4. The clock will automa cally be set when RDS signal is received.

Searching for Sta ons
In radio mode, you can automa cally search for the next sta on by briefly pressing the[
these bu ons for a longer dura on.
Saving Sta ons in Memory
To save a selected radio sta on in memory, press and hold one of the numbers 1 through 6 (bu ons 12-17) on the radio. The chosen number will then appear on the right
side of the display, indica ng that the sta on is stored in memory. Pressing the same number in radio mode will ac vate this sta on again.
The [
] bu on (18) switches the FM preset band from F1 to F3. In each band, you can store 6 preset sta ons, allowing a total of 18 sta ons to be stored.
Long press the [
] bu on (18) to automa cally save preset sta ons. In this mode, 6 sta ons will be programmed automa cally in all 3 frequency bands. Note: This will
erase all previously saved sta ons! When the automa c search is complete, all sta ons are viewed and played once by interval.
Func on opera on
By briefly pressing the [VOL] bu on (3), you open the menu. Press the bu on again one or more mes to navigate to the next se ng. The se ngs appear in this order:
Bass, Treble, Balance, Fader, Equalizer, Loudness, DX/LOC, Stereo/Mono, Clock 24/12, Area.
1) DX/LOC op on; The default is DX (radio remote recep on), and the volume knob can be adjusted to select LOC (radio short-range recep on), which means that only
sta ons with strong signals are received.
2) STEREO/MONO op on; The default is STEREO (radio stereo), and the volume knob can be adjusted to choose MONO (radio forced Mono) func on.
3) AREA: EUR/USA (Radio European/Radio American), the default is EUR mode, indica ng that the receiving frequency range is from 87.5MHZ to 108.0MHZ, and the step
jump is 0.05MHZ. A er ARER EUR/USA is operated, the exis ng radio sta on is cleared automa cally. You must store the radio sta on again.
RDS opera on
Long press the [VOL] bu on (3) to open RDS menu. Press the bu on again one or more mes to navigate to the next se ng. The se ngs appear in this order: AF, TA, TA
Volume, REG, EON and PTY. Turn the [VOL] knob (3) to change a se ng. Confirm by short press on the [VOL] knob (3). 5 seconds without ac vity will close the menu.
1) AF func on: System default is "AF OFF". If ON, the radio will then (for AF-enabled RDS sta ons) automa cally search for the alterna ve frequency if you go outside the
coverage area of that frequency. In this setup, the radio will not find any ordinary radio sta ons.
2) TA func on: Select to enable or disable the func on of receiving and playing traffic informa on.
3) TA volume selec on func on: press and hold down the" TAVOL" op on , and then adjust the volume knob to set the volume of traffic message playing. The adjusted
traffic message sound is independent and has nothing to do with the general volume. A er se ng, it only reacts when a traffic message is received and played.
