Pan with handles
•
The handles give the ability to grip the pan
when mixing, moving, emptying content, etc.
•
The pan is not designed for cooking on the
stove and/or hob. This may lead to the base
of the pan becoming deformed.
•
The pan is not designed for baking in the
oven as its plastic parts could be damaged.
Greater thickness of the pan
•
The pan is firmer and has improved
transmission of heat from the lid, thereby
reducing consumption by 70 watts
Plastic parts (handle, support and stand)
•
Greater heat resistance
•
Better stability when turning the heating lid
Instructions for use
Before its first use, the pan with the non-stick
®
Teflon
surface should be washed in clean warm
water with detergent, and then dried thoroughly.
We recommend filling the pan up to the level
where the handles are attached, in order to avoid
contact between the food and the heating lid, and
subsequent burning.
®
The REMOSKA
is not equipped with an
adjustment control because it cooks evenly and,
therefore, you need not be concerned about
burning the food.
The temperature inside the dish is 160-180°C.
We recommend lifting the lid during the
preparation of dishes only when it is absolutely
necessary. The dish will dry out if the lid is lifted
too often.
Do not preheat the heating lid or the whole
®
REMOSKA
if it is empty.
The R21 ORIGINAL Teflon® model is manu-
factured with three hollow screws and one blind
screw.
As a result the optimum conditions for baking are
maintained.
When cooking meat please bear in mind that
different types of meat contain varying amounts
of water and fat. Avoid, therefore, basting the
meat in the pan with the non-stick surface as
excess steam will be let out by valves in the lid.
Meat will only stew if basted. Prepared dishes
will remain succulent and will not dry out by long
baking, as is the case with a classic oven.
DO NOT USE sharp or metal instruments for
mixing and detaching food from the walls or
base as the non-stick Teflon
be damaged. Always USE wooden or plastic
UK
instruments and never cut up food in the pan
itself.
Maintenance (washing and cleaning)
Ensure that the REMOSKA
cooled and that the power is disconnected before
cleaning.
