10. Exercises of the legs

CAUTION: Risk of injury – Always sit in a chair
when performing the leg exercise. Do not stand on
the pedal exerciser.

chair does not move or rotate. If the chair has
wheels, be sure the brakes are engaged.

CAUTION: Risk of injury - Make sure that you
wear good shoes that do not slip off the pedals.

CAUTION: Risk of burns – Do not take the
pedal exerciser by the pedals tube after training,
this could be warm caused by the friction of
moving parts.
Place pedal exerciser on a horizontal, non-
smooth surface directly in front of the chair.
Sit comfortably in a non-movable chair.
Place your feet in the pedals.
Now you can pedal with the pedal exerciser.
11. Resistance adjustment
Turn the adjustable star button to adjust the resistance
for pedalling.
Turn
clockwise
increases -- heavier pedalling.
Turn counter clockwise (direction -): Resistance
decreases -- looser pedalling.
12. Safety instructions
Consult your specialist (doctor) before using the
pedal exerciser.

Stop the exercises and consult your specialist
immediately if
muscle/joint pain or chest pain.
Warm-up and stretch about 5 minutes before
beginning your exercises.
Exercises shall be in a controlled manner and
beginning slowly.
Do not exhaust yourself.
Do not exceed the chargeable weight. The
chargeable weight for your pedal exerciser is
50 kg.
Use the pedal exerciser on horizontal, dry, non-
smooth and indoor surfaces.
Keep a minimum safety area clearance of 1 meter
around the pedal exerciser. Make sure that this
area remains clear during use of the pedal
exerciser.
Keep away from children. The pedal exerciser
shall not be used as a toy.
When it is used by or near children, invalids or
disabled persons, close supervision is necessary.
Risk of burns – Be careful when using in hot or
cold environments (sunshine, extreme cold,
saunas, etc.) and when touching.
Do not place fingers between components of the
pedal exerciser when folding.
Keep fingers, clothes, jewellery or other items
away from moving parts of the pedal exerciser
(rotating pedals).
Wear comfortable and suitable clothing when
using the pedal exerciser.
Be sure to wear good shoes that do not slip off
the pedals.
Make sure that the chair in which you are sitting
does not move or rotate.
Do not stand on the pedal exerciser.
Do not use the pedal exerciser when it is not
working properly.
Take note of the instructions for care and service.
The manufacturer is not liable for damage caused
by improper servicing/care.
