II – Use
To unlock / lock the lever, push the lock to the right / left (A).
1-
Fill the tank with water* (ensure the strainer (B) is fully immersed).
2-
Connect the hose (C) to the hydraulic system to test.
3-
Switch (button D) to the POMPE position.
4-
Pump using the lever (E) up to the pressure
required.
Never exceed the maximum
pressure indicated on the
pressure gauge
5-
When pressure is stabilized on the pressure
gauge (F), switch to the TEST position. If the system to test has no leaks, pressure
indicated on the pressure gauge will not drop during the testing time.
6-
To fully release pressure, switch to the PURGE position.
7-
Once the system fully purged, disconnect the hose from the circuit.
* When using a fluid other than water, always clean the test pump and its
internal circuit interne by running clear water through it.
II – Recycling – Guarantee
Raw materials recycling rather than waste processing: Plastic
components are marked, which facilitates their sorting in reclaiming
plants.
In compliance with our general sales conditions, the machines are guaranteed 2 years
(justification by invoice or delivery bill).Any damage resulting from abuse, overload or non
compliant operation is excluded. The product must not have been disassembled.
