2. GENERAL WARNINGS


Read this manual handbook before you start working with the device. Keep it for consultation, and if
you need technical assistance, you must consult to your distributor.

This manual must be delivered with the appliance.

The installation, start, and maintenance of the oven must be performed only by qualified personal in
accordance with the instructions of the manufacturer.

Not manipulate or disconnect the safety devices of the device, this would lead to the cancellation of
the warranty.

The oven must be operated by personal trained for this purpose.

In case of prolonged inactivity of the device, must suspend all connections (power and water).

The oven must be used only and exclusively for the purpose for which it was designed, i.e. for baking
bread, cakes, all kinds of food, fresh or frozen products. Any different use of this can cause damage
to the oven.

Do not introduced products with a high alcohol concentration.

The inner and outer surfaces of the oven should be cleaned frequently, to ensure hygiene and
proper operation. To clean these surfaces, do not use an abrasive or flammable products, it can
damage the surface of the appliance.

The aftermarket parts do not guarantee the optimal performance of the device and it will cause the
loss of the warranty.

Is recommended to use an anti-lime filter in the water supply inlet, in case of non-use this filter, may
be deteriorated parts of the oven. In this case the oven loses its warranty.

3. WARRANTY

The warranty does not cover damage of the glasses, lamps, door seal or deterioration of the insulating
material or attributable to improper installation, improper maintenance or improper repair or lack thereof,
as well as improper use of the device.
