F)Once you have fillef the tank, clese the upper cover and press the general switch button of the machine.
The thermostat will turn on automatically and the temperature will increase gradually while the water is
being heated. The temperature will be shown in an intermittent way until the programmed temperature is
reached ( 75ºC). We inform you that the icon * will appear on thermostat screen while the water is being
heated and the temperature is less than 75ºC.This icon will disappeatr when the temperature is 75ºC.
IMPORTANT: When the temperature of the water is less than 75ºC for any reason, the icon * will appear
automatically and the machine will begin to heat until the recommended temperature is reached.
G) After some minutes, you will have the machine ready to remove the grease ans dirty of your kitchen tools.
Those pieces should be sunk inside during different times, according with how dirty they are. You can also check
the information sheet to be guided about those time.Used the basket to put out the pieces, and remember to
use glasses and gloves.
H) Take special care when you open the cover because of the steam that is condensed inside the deposit.
Once you have taken out the pieces, rinse them with water or wash it in the dishwasher to remove any rest
of the detergent DK-6.
The working life of the detergent is one month. After that time, we must empty the machine open the exit
pipe, and fill it again.
DO NOT MOVE THE MACHINE WHEN IT IS WORKING
WHEN YOU USE COPPER TOOLS DO NOT MIX IT WITH OTHER MATERIALS.
DO NOT INTRODUCE SILVER PIECES.

2) WORKING
The machine cleans the filters, casseroles, trays, pots, pans, grilles, little ovens, baskets, etc..that is, all
the kitchen tools with grese and black dirty. The machine will keep the temperature of 85ºC with security
precautions and energy saving. Once we have added the detergent, we only have to sink the pieces
and rinse them. It is recomended to rinse the tools before getting it into the machine to remove any rest of
food and in that way we will avoid the possibility of having bad smells.
The deposit has the capacity of having stored some tools at the same time. The times of immersion depend
on the level of dirty in the tools.
