MAINTENANCE

The operator of the tool and the one who em-

is in optimal safety conditions when operating.
Hence, only service personnel trained by the
manufacturer, distributor, or by the employee
can repair the tool.
CAUTION: Always remove the air source be-
fore beginning any cleaning or inspection and
remember to correct any problems before start-
ing any repair.
• Clean the tool and inspect for possible wear
and damage. Use non-flammable solutions to
clean the tool. Never soak the tool with these
solutions as it can be damaged internally.
• Always make sure all screws are tight as loose
screws can cause an accident or damage to the
gun.
• Tools that require lubricant: If the tool is used
without an inline lubricant then be sure to put
3 drops of lubricant at the beginning of each
working day and three drops for every 1000
staples fired.
• Lubricant-free tools: If the tool to be used is
free of lubricant then it is not necessary to apply
lubricant to the tool.
• The tools must be repaired and equipped only
with parts and accessories provided or recom-
