What period does this warranty certificate cover? The warranty
covers repair requests received within one year (1) from the Device' s original
purchase date. Repair requests after one year (1) from the date of purchase are

not covered by this certificate of warranty. Repair requests regarding a Device
that was repaired or replaced must be submitted no later than: (a) one year (1)
from the original purchase date of the Device or (b) ninety (90) days from the
date that the repaired or replaced Device was returned to you, the later to occur.
If a sticker is attached to your Device stating a warranty period longer than that
indicated above, the warranty period mentioned on the sticker will apply, and
the Device will be repaired or replaced as part of the warranty until such period
expires.
If you purchased the Device in an EU country, you have an additional
year (according to the EU-Directive 1999/44) to claim for deficiencies or
malfunctioning of your Device, which were present at the time of purchase,
but were not apparent then, as determined by Invention Works B.V. or the
authorized dealer. In order to make this extended warranty effective you must
contact the authorized dealer from whom you purchased the Device or the
local service center and notify them about the production fault immediately,
and no later than 60 days after detecting the fault.

When asking for customer services you may be asked to fill in a form for returning
the product and you shall receive a reference number. In case of a defect that
is not covered by the warranty for whatever reason, Invention Works B.V. can
charge you for the shipping and repair costs if you agreed to repair the Device
at your expense.
What is not covered by this certificate of warranty? This warranty
does not cover any damage resulting from an accident, misuse (including using
the Device other than as described in the use instructions accompanying the
Device), defective use, lack of reasonable care, irregular and unreasonable use
including without limitation commercial or professional use, adding parts not
supplied together with the Device, losing parts, using unauthorized spare parts
or exposing the Device to any electrical current other than the indicated current.
