4. To clean the cartridge filters RCx7807 (Fig. 4, key 13) disengage the filter housing
assembly from the cleaner by pulling up on the orange release handle; slide the
filter assembly from the unit. Important tip: Removing the quick release cartridge
while the machine is submerged will remove weight and allow easier handling
during machine retrieval from the pool. Use the supplied pole hook (Fig. 4, key 29)
to pull and release the orange handle and lift the filter assembly from the pool.
5. Disassemble the filter housing by removing the 4 retaining clips and separate the
housing from the housing back plate. Remove the 4 cartridges.
6. Clean the cartridges with a water hose using a pressure nozzle flush out the
housing and back plate.

Cleaning the filters after every use is an important part of maintaining your
KingShark2 DC; clean filters will allow the machine to function most efficiency.
