Cleaning or replacing filters
The tubular filter must be cleaned at least once a week.
Follow the cleaning instructions in the operating instructions for the
tubular filter.
Borosilicate filter plates must be replaced approx. every 2 weeks or
after 20 cycles have been run.
To do this, unscrew the adapter.
Unscrew the top part from the bottom part.
Remove the silicone adapter and the filter plate from the bot-
tom part.
Rinse out the bottom part.
Insert a new FP 20 filter plate into the bottom part. The plate must
rest fully on the ring-shaped support of the bottom part.
Damaged or used filter plates must not be inserted under any
circumstances.
Insert the silicone adapter into the bottom part.
Screw the top part and bottom part together.
Screw the adapter back onto the injector manifold.
Do not insert a filter plate into the holder if the injector manifold has
been fitted with an A 800 tubular filter.
