CLEANING
The Device can be cleaned with a normal soft and
dry cloth. More die-hard stains can be removed by
using a cloth slightly dampened with an alcohol
solution. For its disinfection, treat the device with
the protective solutions normally used for electro-
medical devices.
ORDINARY MAINTENANCE
The manufacturer deems itself responsible for the
reliability and safety of the device, only if:
•
Possible modifications or repairs are carried
out by explicitly authorized personnel;
•
The electrical system of the work environment
where the Device is connected to recharge
the batteries is compliant
with the Safety Norms in force;
•
The device is used in strict compliance
with all the instructions for use
and the warnings contained in this Manual.
FIRST INTERVENTION
In the case that the device fails to operate, we re-
commend that you perform the following operatio-
ns (before contacting Assistance):
•
Check that all the instructions for use
have been followed properly, as suggested
in the Manual;
•
Check that the accessories and the wires are
in good contact and condition;
•
Charge the batteries with the specific charger
supplied.

REPLACING BATTERIES
Operations to be performed with
the device off and not connected
to the network.
1. Place the device on top of a table, laid on
a cloth, with its bottom facing upward.
2. Open the compartment where the batteries
are lodged.
3. Pull out the batteries: the 4 batteries must
be replaced simultaneously; the partial
replacement of the batteries is forbidden.
4. Insert the new batteries: comply with
the polarity and battery type (Ni-MH batteries,
mini-stylus size AAA, rechargeable,
1.2 V 700/800 mAh).
For safety reasons, it is forbidden to use
non-rechargeable batteries: they could get
damaged if recharged.
5. Close the battery compartment again.
Please be reminded that batteries
that no longer work must be disposed
of separately, in compliance with the laws in force.

CONTRAINDICATIONS AND PRECAUTIONS
Based on the current level of medical knowledge,
there are 3 CONTROINDICATIONS to the use of
electromagnetotherapy devices. Nonetheless, it
best to observe certain precautions, both with re-
gard to the patients subjected to the therapy and
with regard to the proper use of the device.
•
Persons with pacemakers must not be
subjected to instrumental therapies except
if with precise medical indication and under
close surveillance;
•
In cases of pregnancy or hemophilia, only
a doctor's opinion can recommend the therapy
which must at any rate be carried out under
close medical control;
For patients who manifest serious pathologies
•
on a cardiologic or neurological level,
considering the delicate nature of the cases
in question, we recommend at any rate that
you first consult a doctor before carrying out
the electromagnetic therapy.
•
After their purchase, make sure that the equi-
pment and the accessories supplied are intact: in
case of doubt, do not use them and contact the re-
tailer or manufacturer;
•
More specifically, check the labels with the bar
codes: please be reminded that removing the labels
will entail termination of the warranty;
