Mount Table to Workbench
The SHAPER/ROUTER TABLE comes
assembled ready to mount to the workbench.
After determining table location, predrill the
bench using a 1/8" diameter drill at the four
mounting hole locations. Secure table to the
bench using the (4) #10 x 1" wood screws,
and
washers.
Shaper/Router Table). (See Fig. 1)
Alternative mounting option: To make your
shaper table more portable, mount to piece of
2" x 4". Then easily clamp to your work bench
as shown in Fig. 1.
Install Rotary Tool to Table
1. Loosen the clamp knob and turn depth
adjustment knob to lower tool holder.
2. Loosen the two tool holder knobs. You
may opt to use your Dremel wrench (as
pictured) or a coin (penny or dime) to
tighten/loosen the two tool holder
knobs. Using the screwdriver end of the
wrench will damage the knob. Insert the
tool into both clamps then align the switch
facing front (switch will be facing the
user – giving a left to right motion for
turning motor off). Be sure nose is
seated all the way in small clamp. Secure
tool by tightening the two tool holder
knobs. (See Fig. 2)
