1. The warranty period begins as of the date of delivery of the product and is 2 (two) years.
2. The entire product including all of its components is covered by the warranty of our
Company.
3. In the event of a product failure within the period of warranty, the duration of time
spent for repair is added to the duration of warranty. This duration starts with the date
of notification of the malfunction to the service station and in the event that the service
station is not available, to the seller, dealer, agency, representative, exporter or importer/
manufacturer. In case the malfunction of the product is not resolved within 15 days,
importer/manufacturer of exporter has to allocate another product with similar features
to the use of the consumer.
4. In the event of a product failure due to material and craftsmanship as well as faulty
assemblage, the product will be repaired without requiring any craftsmanship expense,
replaced component compensation or any other fee.
5. If the customer claimed the right to repair yet the product; Repeats the same failure more
than two times or different failures occur more than four times within a year provided
that it is within the warranty period or different failures are more than six times in total
within the determined warranty period, and these failures continuously disable utilizing
the product, The maximum duration required for repair is exceeded, There is no available
service station of the company; the consumer can demand replacement of the product
free of charge, reimbursement of the product or discount in the price in proportion with
the fault when it is determined that the failure is not possible to be repaired by means of
a report to be prepared by the seller, dealer, agency, representative, exporter or importer/
manufacturer respectively.
6. Failures to occur due to the use of the product against the issues included in the user's
manual of the product are not covered by the warranty.
7. Directorate General for Protection of Consumer and Competition, Ministry of Industry
and Trade can be applied for the possible problems to be encountered in regard to the
Certificate of Warranty.
