Assembly Instructions

The Oscillating Vibro-Floating Screed comes with the Screed-Motor unit pre-assembled and the
extention arm unassembled. To assemble the extention arm, follow the instructions below:

1 .- Remove the extention arm Pos. 1 and the articulation control Pos. 4 which are sealed together
with the sctrip (See Fig. 1.7-1).

2 .- Remove screw Pos. 2 and introduce the square end into the housing Fig. 1.7-2, setting the
position indicator the right way. Tighten the screw FIRMLY with a spanner.

3 .- Assemble the extention arm in the control joint by pushing the block button Pos. 5 and making
the tube slide till the hole coincides with the block button.

4 .- Petrol Screed: assemble the accelerator control in the hole Pos. 3 (See Fig. 1.7-2).
Electric Screed: assemble the electric cable support in the same way as the accelerator control
(See Fig. 1.7-3)
